Adv. Lyubka Vasileva - Karapanova is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in diverce legal areas, including contract, commercial and corporate law, banking, intellectual property, real estates, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation). She has worked for leading Bulgarian banks and corporate clients, including public companies. Since 2020 she has been registered as an attorney-at-law with the SAC (Sofia Bar Association).

She is a Bulgarian and European industrial property attorney in the field of trademarks, geographical indications and industrial design. 

She is also a mediator with 15 years of experience, a mediation trainer, co-founder, and long-standing Vice-Chair (until 2020) of the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria (PAMB). On the lists of mediators at the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), and PAMB. Volunteer mediator at the Court Settlement Center at the Sofia District Court and Sofia City Court (since 2010).
